19th Century Australian Cedar Campaign Chest of 5 Drawers, with brass mounts, standing on turned bun feet. Made in two sections so as to be easily transported during military campaigns, prior to motorised transport. Campaign chests such as these were often strapped to the sides of a mule.
Great colour & patina. Full cedar construction. All drawers work smoothly. All drawer runners have been repaired to our usual high standards.
