Very good quality 19th Century Australian Cedar Chest of 4 Drawers standing on turned feet, from the workshop of Alexander Norton of Hunter St, Sydney.
Full cedar construction with makers label to rear. Norton was one of the best Sydney cabinetmakers of the last quarter of the 19th century.
All drawers work smoothly. All drawer runners have been repaired to our usual high standard.
