A very interesting large late 19th Century Cedar Blanket Chest, internally decorated with old images from "The Illustrated Sydney News" from about 1880.
The old steel engravings (taken from 19th century publications) on the side and bottom of the chest, add a lot of interest to this box. Original lock, hinges and carry handles.
